Solar and electric water heating, underfloor heating, air conditioning and sunblinds in bedrooms and double glazing throughout, all keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Built in wardrobes and kitchen units all complement the spacious 75 sq mt interior.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full sized oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player and CD/Radio HiFi system. Also included are an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and a safe.
Accomodation comprises, open plan kitchen leading to lounge area 20' x 22'. Main bedroom 14'x10' with double bed, second bedroom 13'x 10' with 2 single beds. Fully tiled bathroom with shower, basin, built in vanity unit and WC.
All linen is provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Private patio and garden complete with patio furniture, barbecue and covered pergola.
The pool is cleaned daily and maintained by trained personnel. Garden area is equipped with sunbeds and has a large communal barbecue.
There is also a visitors book, which we hope you will use, particularly to share the names of sights, villages and tavernas that you have particularly enjoyed, with others.
Just bring CDs/DVDs and towels for the beach !
